Yoga and Meditation

Although each and every class will be different and unique, there are certain elements common to all yoga classes at Radiant Heart Yoga.  All of our classes have a breath focus, are smooth and flowing in style (known as vinyasa), and combine  energising sequences and strengthening postures with  stillness and deep stretching, and always end with a yummy guided savasana (deep relaxation) to integrate and harmonise. There is a focus on proper alignment and safety, and students are encouraged to work at their own level.We provide a space to nurture and uplift, where you can be yourself .

We create a warm and welcoming environment and welcome questions and feedback. We encourage open communication with your teacher to ensure you have the most enjoyable yoga experience. Regular students will have the advantage of progressing in their practice week to week, with more challenging variations offered when the time is right.

Please discuss any injuries or concerns with your teacher before class so that you can be ensured a safe and suitable practice for your body and needs.
