Taking time each day to relax and renew is essential to living well.
Restorative Yoga is therapeutic to mind and body. The practice focuses on being rather than doing. Deeply calming for the whole nervous system, it helps build your energy reserves as you rest in wellbeing, renewal and deep relaxation.
Being completely supported by blankets and other props in each long-held pose, allows the body to unwind passively and the mind to come to stillness. You will be surprised at how relaxed you become and how the body can heal itself when in that deep state of surrender.
The class is limited to 10 participants to allow for individual attention so bookings are essential. Our Restorative Session is on Friday 28th February 6.00 – 8.00 pm. Investment is $25.00.
